The workouts are organized and laid out for you to choose what best suits your starting level. 

 

Modifications are shown in every video for you to make the exercises harder or easier and I am happy to help along the way if you have any questions about any of the exercises.

Th 3 week meal plan is gluten and dairy free. I also provide a substitution list for you to make any swaps as you see fit. 

 

If you have any other specific food allergies I will be happy to modify the meal plans for you.

Because this is a digital program there is no refund.
