The meal plans can be adjusted with portion sizes or by adding an additional snack to meet your energy requirements. 

Recipe servings are listed and you can always adjust portion sizes to feed a larger family.

All of the recipes are balanced in macros to provide sustained energy and balanced blood sugars.

Don’t worry. 

The workouts are organized and laid out for you to choose what best suits your starting level. 

Modifications are shown in every video for you to make the exercises harder or easier and I am happy to help along the way if you have any questions about any of the exercises. 

My classes are designed to suit most levels with modifications shown.  I have people in their 40’s and up into their 70’s participating.

The 42-day meal plan is gluten and dairy-free. (You can choose lactose-free yogurt if needed) I also provide a substitution list for you to make any swaps as you see fit.
