Band Back, Butt and Arm Workout

I decided to switch my workout up this week and got back into using the band. It’s a nice break from all the body weight exercises I like to do and I wanted to share it with you!

While I was working out I was thinking about how many people struggle with finding the time for exercise. But the truth is, you can get fitter and stronger with just 15 minute workouts. You just have to be consistent and make it part of your daily routine. Most days 🙂

I think a lot of people have the idea that to be healthy and fit, you have to spend hours in a gym or sign up for a series of classes and that is simply not true. The fear of failing at this commitment holds people back from ever starting since it feels like too much to take on.

I agree, the hardest part can just be getting started. But I know you can make progress and feel the awesome results that exercise can bring by doing what you can, and starting with where you are at, right now. It all adds up!
