I can’t believe how this program has changed things for me! Final measurements: 29 lbs, 20.5 inches lost, and I am now off of blood pressure meds! My strength and flexibility has all improved a lot. There are workouts to choose from starting from only 10 minutes long so you can be successful no matter what your fitness level is!
I have worked with many clients with back, shoulder, knee, and hip issues and will be happy to help customize an exercise routine.
There are also a variety of mobility & stretch videos to choose from, along with many that just focus on your core.
If all that you do is commit to following the mindset activities and nutrition plan you will see massive results.
No! I have many bodyweight workouts to choose from including Pilates.
I recommend purchasing a set of dumbbells or a band for variety, but this is not necessary to start.
It will work for you! Failure is not an option, and if you trust the process and do the work, you will get results!
