(which all too often our breakfasts and snacks are made of) You can pre-make several the day before so all you have to do is warm them up, but they are just as delicious cold!
I’m pretty fortunate to have fresh eggs handy at any given time so when I can come with a recipe that involves eggs and other ingredients we’ve grown, all the better! One egg has about 70 calories, 13 essential vitamins and minerals (like Vitamin D), 6 grams of protein and healthy fats. I got this recipe idea from The Lean Green Bean, and added extra egg whites for added protein.
You can add any filling you like. I love adding avocado and tomato. Thin strips of chicken breast with hummus or salsa is also good 🙂
