No. Some people find they are actually eating more food than they are used to! 

 

The meal plans can be adjusted with portion sizes or by adding an addition snack to meet your energy requirements. 

 

All dinner recipes are made for two people and breakfast and lunch for one. (But you can always adjust portion sizes to feed a larger family)

 

All of the recipes are balanced in macros to provide sustained energy and balanced blood sugars.

Do not worry. 

 

The workouts are organized and laid out for you to choose what best suits your starting level. 

 

Modifications are shown in every video for you to make the exercises harder or easier and I am happy to help along the way if you have any questions about any of the exercises.

The 28-day meal plan is gluten and dairy free. I also provide a substitution list for you to make any swaps as you see fit. 

 

If you have any other specific food allergies I will be happy to help modify the meal plans for you.
