STEP # 1: Add my email firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list. Be on the look out for a weekly email that I send out with healthy recipes, fit tips and workouts to keep you motivated and inspired!
It will be coming from Christina Lake Health & Fitness.
Tip if you are using Gmail. Drag my 1st email from promotions tab (if it ends up there) to the primary tab to ensure that you’ll be getting all of my emails.
STEP #2: Join my private Living Fit & Fab Over 40 Wellness Community Facebook group to connect with me and other women who share a passion for staying fit and healthy as we age for extra support, motivation, tips and weekly challenges.
Introduce yourself to the group so we can get to know each other better!
