Welcome to my 4 part Pilates Strong Series!
Pilates is by far one of my favorite workouts to do- it will increase your core strength, flexibility, balance and leave you feeling de-stressed and strong! The workouts are gentle on your body, can easily be modified and suitable for all ages.
Be sure to begin with the Core Activation Workout if you are new to Pilates. In this video I talk a little more about the breath, our alignment and teach you the basics.
You are welcome to do a video a day, or even stack two workouts together if you have time. Take a rest day when needed, and repeat!
Remember to check with your physician first about starting any new exercise program, listen to your body and modify as needed.
