I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Holistic Health Coach and an Ace Certified Nutrition Specialist.

I'm passionate about all things fitness & food and love helping women over 50 achieve their ideal body- without dieting or spending hours at the gym!
I get what it's like to be busy (I'm a Mom of 4) and I've been through menopause (I'm 52) so I understand the hormonal stress in puts on our bodies.

My programs simplify fitness and nutrition, while focusing on the body as a whole. Just as important as what we do with our body in terms of exercise, is what we put into our bodies as food.

I believe any BODY can achieve their IDEAL body at any age!
