Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/8 cup feta cheese (30 grams)
  • 2 slices Ezekiel bread (=1 slice of homemade for me)

Instructions

  1. Toast bread. Mix egg whites with feta. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or scramble in pan.
