Protein Packed Egg On Gluten Free Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/8 cup feta cheese (30 grams)
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread (=1 slice of homemade for me)
Instructions
- Toast bread. Mix egg whites with feta. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or scramble in pan.
