I’m a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, passionate about all things fitness and food!

I work with women over 50 who are ready to make a lifestyle change, shape up, and want to regain their health through diet & exercise.

I have spent over the last 2 decades helping busy people like yourself become fit, healthy, and happy with their bodies so they can continue doing the things they love as they age and look good while doing it too!

  • Menopause has kicked your butt. You’ve gained belly fat and what used to work is no longer working. You feel uncomfortable in your clothes and unhappy with how you look.

It’s my goal to help you get the most out of exercising and eating right- without dieting, deprivation,(yes chocolate and wine are allowed) or spending hours at the gym.

My programs simplify fitness and nutrition while focusing on the body as a whole. Just as important as what we do with our body in terms of exercise, is what we put into our bodies as food.

Food is nourishment that can make or break your fitness regime. What you put into your body affects everything about how you FEEL, both emotionally and physically, and how you perform.

Now I don’t believe in perfection, I believe in more of an 80/20 lifestyle, a whole foods diet, and moderation when it comes to the foods we love, and we should all be moving as much as possible as we age.

Ultimately I will help you understand what works, and what doesn’t work for you so you can look and feel your best.

Here’s my story.

I am super passionate about helping people get happy and healthy through fitness and nutrition- and love being part of the positive changes it can have on someone’s life!

I have studied Kinesiology, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Ace Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist, Pilates Instructor, and Holistic Health Coach always diving into what’s new and staying current with the latest research.

My 30-plus years of experience means I have had the good fortune of working with many different people under different, sometimes challenging, circumstances.

I have helped hundreds of women lose the stubborn weight they have been carrying around for years. Women in their 40’s, 50’s, and beyond who have tried every diet imaginable.  I have trained with multiple individuals competing at a high level, to get them in top shape for specific sports, and prevent injury. I’ve also shown hundreds of people how to relieve back pain and ease achy joints through diet, lifestyle, and exercise. And I’ve shown everyone how to reach their goals without dieting, depriving themselves, overtraining, or injuring themselves.

This has all given me the expertise to help you achieve your ideal body at any age so that you can continue to do the activities you love. And look and feel great while staying active too!

I have seen a ton of diets and programs come and go. I know what works, and what doesn’t. I am here to simplify fitness and nutrition for you, so you don’t have to diet or spend hours at the gym. I’m here to help you make the best choices for yourself, and achieve your goals in a nonstressful way.

Most recently, my passion for helping others “find their FIT” has led me to launch my current online business and share my knowledge with you from afar.

And when I’m not teaching classes or coaching I can usually be found hiking with my dogs, golfing, gardening, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen. And weather permitting, on the lake!
