- 1/2 avocado mashed
- 1 chopped apple
- sliced red onion
- 1 can of light tuna packed in water (left over chicken breast would work too)
- 3 rice cakes of your choice
- Mash all of the ingredients together. Pile on top of rice cakes of your choice. Tomato Basil flavor make these especially tasty!
