I wanted to thank you for being our super fit Fitness Inspiration Leader and supporting me through my 30 Day Fit & Healthy Challenge! We'd all be lethargic, depressed messes if we didn't have your classes to look forward to and your ongoing positive energy to keep us inspired!My biggest take away- its about the difference in how I feel that is more important than how I look...and that was the driving force behind the motivation to keep going. Receiving the weekly emails have broadened my understanding of weight loss and I have become so much more aware of making the connection between the actions I choose to take and the results (feeling great, feeling happy, feeling like I want to exercise!) I get. I had a winter holiday scheduled in for February but we had not yet decided on where to go. My husband and I actually chose a Yoga retreat because we want to keep on with our new healthy habits and continue to feel great!Thanks so much!

"A number of years ago I suffered with a back issue and part of my back-to-work program was to enroll in a series of Pilates classes. Pilates changed my life as I learned how to strengthen my core, feel stronger and listen to my body. Pilates enables me to feel strong and healthy, enjoy XC Skiing, biking and kayaking. Last year I was surprised to require abdominal surgery in Vancouver........the surgeons comment "You have great abs, it made my job so much easier!"Corinne always allows for a minimum of 10 minutes to relax, stretch and unwind at the end of each class......we all leave with a positive mindset for the day!.......missing Pilates leaves me feeling sluggish and lazy!! PILATES is A WAY OF LIFE for me."

I signed up for the 30 Day Challenge as a refresher course on eating healthy, to reduce alcohol consumption and feel more energized. I especially appreciated the personal emails at the end of the week to check in and remind us not to be so hard on ourselves if we deviated off course. I lost 5 lbs, and even though I had hoped to lose more, I do feel much better as far as energy goes and feeling clear headed. (I no longer wake up feeling "foggy") My clothes feel looser and both my husband and I see the difference in how good we can feel when making these small changes in our diet & lifestyle!

Wow, do I feel great! My energy levels are up, my tummy bloat is gone, yes - gone, and I’ve let go of 7 lbs. I continued on for another week for a total loss of 10lbs and don’t even miss foods that I swapped out. This was exactly what I needed to start my summer and kick start me to move forward. I plan to keep up this lifestyle, because it works and it feels so good to be fueling my body with fresh, whole food. Thank you Corinne! It was easy to follow with the done for you meal plan and all the great recipes.

Thank you so much Corinne for the 12 Days of Fitness. I really enjoyed these as they gave me a daily focus. The highlight was Monday's challenge regarding consumption of fruits and veggies.After our Monday am class, I invited 5 friends over for dinner. I supplied salmon, a salad, rice and a healthy dessert. They had to bring veggies and/or fruit over for dinner. They were all excited to help out and participate in the challenge.

I have been suffering from chronic hip pain which was not improving with Chiropractor visits. Treatment involved adjustments and stretching for temporary relief, but nothing with longevity, and it was now reducing all activity. I resolved to be proactive and try Pilates with you, slowly increasing flexibility, improving stiffness and gradually reducing that constant pain. I am now enjoying my golf again, along with keeping up with my grand kids, as a direct-result of my morning routine of exercises Corrine sent along for homework over the winter, meant to keep me mobile and comfortable. Thanks to Corinne and some self-discipline, I look forward to continuing Pilates when I return to the lake, so I can improve and maintain my quality of life.

"I love Corinne's classes. They are a great way to start the day. The classes motivate me to get out of the house each morning, have a quick catch up with all of the regulars at the class followed by a workout suitable for everyone and then a wonderful stretch at the end. Corinne offers different variations as there are many of us in the class with old injuries and stiffness. I have discovered that energy begets energy. As the aging process kicks in, it is so imperative to keep moving - it makes you feel good as happy endorphins are released once you reach your target heart range and these endorphins tend to stay with you all day. Heck, you can even go home after the class and have your toast and peanut butter and not worry about the caloric intake as you still burn calories following your workout. Her classes are never the same each time and that really appeals to me as I get bored easily when I do the same routine workouts. You never know what to expect (in a good way). It will be the best spent (and fastest) hour of your whole day. To top it off, you feel better about yourself all day. A side effect may be that you find yourself doing chores around the house and yard without a lot of effort and your clothes will fit better. She also offers informational emails on nutrition and healthy recipes to keep yourself happy and healthy. Definitely a good investment as you could have all of the money in the world, but if you don't have your health, you really have nothing. Look after yourself. Nobody else will. We are so fortunate to have such a valuable resource as Corinne at Christina Lake."

If you are considering doing personal training with Corinne, DO IT!
I had been attending and loving her morning fitness classes for the last year, but wanted to lose weight and get stronger and toned. Corinne developed a 10 session personal training program personalized to me. I learned how to properly do weight training, the benefits of tabatas and HIIT training too so that I can do home workouts now on my own that are effective and timely.
She is positive, motivating , inspiring , encouraging and fun to work with. She kept in daily contact with me sending me exercise ideas and recipes. This continuous, positive support system and knowing that she is always available for questions / concerns/feedback made a HUGE difference!
I also started to follow her eating plan customized to my size and goals. I thought I was eating healthy and right but some minor changes made all the difference in my success. I was consistently losing weight and inches every week and found the program was very easy to follow, I was very satisfied on it. Corinne was always checking in on how it was working for me and sharing tips and food ideas. I am a bit over halfway to my goal weight and know with 100% certainty I will reach it. I have lots of energy, feel strong , have lost over a clothing size and see the toning in my muscles and feel great. This was a wonderful gift to myself and my health.
