Thank you so much Corinne for the 12 Days of Fitness. I really enjoyed these as they gave me a daily focus. The highlight was Monday’s challenge regarding consumption of fruits and veggies.After our Monday am class, I invited 5 friends over for dinner. I supplied salmon, a salad, rice and a healthy dessert. They had to bring veggies and/or fruit over for dinner. They were all excited to help out and participate in the challenge.
