30 Day Fit & Healthy Challenge

I signed up for the 30 Day Challenge as a refresher course on eating healthy, to reduce alcohol consumption and feel more energized.  I especially appreciated the personal emails at the end of the week to check in and remind us not to be so hard on ourselves if we deviated off course.  I lost 5 lbs, and even though I had hoped to lose more, I do feel much better as far as energy goes and feeling clear headed.  (I no longer wake up feeling “foggy”)  My clothes feel looser and both my husband and I see the difference in how good we can feel when making these small changes in our diet & lifestyle!
