Thank you, Corinne! My win is trying a no sugar diet for the first time ever, and it is really working for me. It’s day 6, my energy is up and I’m down 6.7 lbs so I want to keep going! I loved the 10-day reset! It worked so well for me for my mindset by getting on track, and realizing I can shift how my whole family is eating. I can see my family’s mindset changing with food, lots of discussions with my kids around healthy food choices. I felt great every day of the reset, so much better every morning than before when I was consuming gluten, wine and sugar (not so much sugar). I have more energy and feel like I can carryon with this way of eating. I also enjoyed the pilates. They were short but effective. I actually lost 7 lbs so hopefully I can carry on losing a bit each week as I seriously need to. Also the meals were all fantastic, I especially enjoyed the overnight oats and the chicken stirfry.

Thank you so much for the 10-day reset! I have dropped a couple of inches and my clothes are all feeling looser! I really enjoyed the 10-day reset plan. I managed to stick pretty much to the meal plan for the 10 days and I loved all the recipes, tips & encouragement I lost about 4.5 lbs and I worked out 1 hour 3 days a week!

Thanks, Corinne, I did great with the meal plan and dropped 8lbs. I tried a couple of workouts and walked a bit every day!
