Trick if you’re using Gmail: Drag my 1st email from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab to ensure that you’ll be getting all my emails and add me to your contact list.
Remove the ALL or NOTHING mindset. No one is perfect.
I also have a newsletter which I try to send out weekly, this will give you my blog highlights, a list of upcoming events and courses, as well as some popular recipes and workouts I want to share.
