Classes are $5 each and start Monday, September 7th. Drop in is $8.

Please pre-pay for 4 weeks at a time. 

Either 2 classes per week ($40) or 3 classes per week ($60). 

Once I have been notified of your payment, I will send you your Zoom Link along with instructions to join the class. 

I’ll get you set up as quickly as possible but please allow for up to 24 hrs for my reply.

You’ll also get access to the private Facebook group to view the latest recordings, other workouts and have my full support!
