Modifications are shown in every video for you to make the exercises harder or easier and I am happy to help along the way if you have any questions about any of the exercises.

I have worked with many clients with back, shoulder, knee, and hip issues and will be happy to help you modify the exercises as needed.
We use mainly dumbbells, and on occasion bands and stability balls. All you need is a pair of dumbbells to get started! You can also use your bands or stability ball to change things up. (options are always shown!)
These classes are designed for women over 50 who want to build and maintain muscle as they age, improve their core strength, balance & flexibility and improve their health through exercise! Modifications are provided for both beginners and advanced.
Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday (including holidays) from 8:30-9:30 AM. You can do the classes from your phone, tablet or computer- anywhere you can access zoom!
Yes! I am in post-menopause, so I can relate to your changes. Exercise and building muscle, alongside a whole foods diet, is key to getting results. Not only will the muscle strengthening exercises boost your metabolism, but you will also help to keep your joints and bones strong.
I teach a mix of HIIT, Core, and Resistance Training. No two workouts are alike! We do a variety of circuits, mat exercises, and cardio that can be modified for all levels.
Classes are $7 each. Please pre-pay for the month we are currently in. Choose the # of classes per week, multiplied by the number of weeks you want! A minimum payment of $56 per month is required unless you are travelling and unable to access recordings.
Once payment is complete (through Paypal or credit card) you will be asked to register (DON’T SKIP THIS STEP) and your Zoom Link along with instructions to join the class will be sent out.
Simply join my Zoom meeting (I’ll send you the link) to do a class, or catch the recording which can be accessed in our private Facebook group. You will need to download the Zoom app onto your phone, tablet or computer, that’s it!
