Welcome To The 4-Week Summer Challenge!

I’m so excited to have you join me for this challenge! Moving your body and eating healthy is easier when you’ve got a plan, and I’ve got you covered!

Click the button below to join the virtual workouts Facebook group. This is where you will find your workout calendar, 7-day meal plan, mix and match recipes, and of course, the follow-along videos!

At the top of the Facebook group below the header, you will see some tabs. Click on the Guides tab and this will bring you to the summer challenge! 

Here’s what to do next

Step 1:

Get an accountability buddy on board and invite a friend to do the challenge with you!

Step 2:

Print off your workout calendar and put it somewhere you can see it daily. Mark off your workouts as you go!

Step 3:

Remove the ALL Or NOTHING mindset. Have fun and do your best! I'll be cheering you on along the way!
